OVERFEED: Dragon Crisis
== About ==
This game is also available on our Patreon here
Overfeed: Dragon Crisis is a simulation game where you pump and inflate the body of Tohru, an extremely famished dragon whom you met by chance.
This encounter has led to a sudden course in your life and forced you to become a dragon tamer to stop the insatiable dragon from eating you.
As a trained dragon breeder, you hold a crucial role in the game. Your goal is to nurture and protect the village by inflating Tohru’s body using different guns that fire various snacks and ensuring she doesn't become a threat to the village.
But beware, Tohru isn’t just your ordinary dragon. She uses different attacks which you must evade in order to survive.
To ensure your victory, sets of different guns, ranging from small to medium to large, are readily available to you. Each gun attacks and hits the dragon differently. Make sure to purchase them in the shop and use other upgradable items to defeat the dragon.
Make sure that your dragon is immensely satiated and be the hero of your town!
== The Game ==
Overfeed: Dragon Crisis is a defense-strategy game that solely relies on the player’s shooting ability to feed and inflate the dragon.
Tohru has a unique way of refusing to eat – she simply closes her mouth. Be alert and fire Tohru directly into her mouth the moment she opens it.
While in battle, free items will be spawned in the game. Catch it to boost your speed and health, or gain a chance at Food Burst.
Tohru has minions that she can summon at any moment. Kill them, as these minions can heal Tohru by allowing her to eat nutritious foods.

One more thing. Adding only 1 damage to player weapons from the previous and calling it "far more powerful" is just false advertising. Upgrades should be more effective on higher teir weapons fir it to be remotely true. Same with the dragons we ride.
Been playing against charmander. Her fire attacks deal way too much damage. Seriously it deals a constant stream of damage while in the attack and it covers a huge area. I had full health and was killed in a single second. The final dragon has a start hp of 500 and based off the upgrades being the exact same amount. Max is 600. My estimate is this the fire attacks deal a whopping 800 dps. You need to balance this because it's impossible to beat charmamder with such bs high damage.
Paid version download link doesn't work
Too difficult tbh. Ends up being too slow, yet too hard due to low health potions, and generally just too low health. First dragon shouldn't be killing me.
sadly wont setup on steam deck. the demo on this page works fine tho.
What the hell is this hehe
I've found a big issue. The dragons can keep their mouth closed for a full minute, which is a bad choice overall since you are always on a timer to win. the ability for minions to heal the dragon is fine, but summoning 6 minions is very annoying especially when the dragon can attack twice in a row.
so this is what pyrocynical play when he is not streaming
Button after game over or run completion disappears frequently, prevents progression.

Why do bullets and fireballs stay in mid-air?
How do I play on Android
What is the difference between "free" and "paid" games?
One cost money and the other does not. Hopes this helps!!!
paid includes access to the shop from the menu, which you need to upgrade your weapon and dragon, and change any unlocks; Significantly easier to beat tohru with access to upgrades, worth noting
Neat game! I really like the art style, the artist is really good! The game is well developed as well! Keep up the good work!
hey wait a minute
I like the concept of the game, and the art assets are great, but it has a few issues right now.
- The game sometimes has lag spikes, and I have a fairly high end PC.
- Sometimes, presumably due to lag or an interaction with the rapid fire powerup, the gun enters a "burst fire" mode where chunks of its firing pattern are missing. This is a massive DPS drop that can doom an attempt as early as a few seconds in.
- Tohru lasts FOREVER after her lifebar is depleted. She was being fed for a solid 45s while her healthbar was empty and she still gameovered me by reaching the village.
- The second gun feels very underwhelming. It doesn't have anything near the damage per shot to be worth the downside of the lower RoF.
- Some of Tohru's attacks are entirely undodgable. Her bodyslam at her biggest legitimately covered my entire screen and forced me to take half my health in damage. That and the white aura chip damage being completely unavoidable really doesn't feel like great shmup design.
- The infinite dragon summons at last stage are very annoying. It's not very feasible to keep one alive to prevent the next wave because they heal Tohru a lot. And while the rapidfire powerups they can drop are great for actually finishing the phase, they don't necessarily drop those consistently, and with bad RNG she can heal a significant amount between the summons and the basically undodgable slowing web?/milk?/icing?/cloth? spam.
This game reminds me of that one older game that similar but short i like how this one looks i might try it out some day
Nice work! I suggest put an ad or devlog on weightgaming.com for the weight-gain lovers.
