The game seems like it could be okay, but the demo's really weak, you just spend 80% of the demo playing a babymode-easy shmup just firing a peashooter at a skinny lady while she barely fights back and nothing really happens. Demos should be a "vertical slice", a taste of a little bit of everything to try to get the player to want more, this is a cut of the worst, slowest part of the game.
Dangerously close to being a straight-up waste of time playing the demo, it really doesn't "sell" the game to us and I think a lot of players will get bored of it before the first gain tier anyway.
Also, feedback: for some reason, the first size tier was SLOOOOOW, yet 2 and 3 were really fast. Just kinda feels like I got way luckier with the fire-rate powerup after the first gain, I don't think I saw a single one before then.
